A convicted cop killer is on his way to death row.  A judge Monday ordered a death penalty for Joshua Russell.  Russell was found guilty in the murder of Anniston policeman Justin Solluhub. The judge overrode the jury's recommendation of life without parole.  Russell shot and killed the officer during a foot chase through the streets of Anniston.   Prosecutors called deputies at the jail to the stand, who testified that Russell was unapologetic about the murder.    A defense attorney claimed Russell was remorseful, and apologized to the officer's family.  After the sentencing, the slain lawman's mother, Jennifer Morris, expressed relief.   "It feels good to know this part's over," Morris said.
