Jay-Z's paternal side came out while on tour in Greensboro, NC. He invited a 12-year-old boy on stage after seeing his sign that read 'Can I rap for you?'.

Although, boviously nervous at first, he quickly won over the stadium full of people and the rapper himself. the 12-year-old stayed away from the more controversial lyrics of the song which include references to 'drug dealing'. A good natured Jay Z told him, 'Just skip the drug dealing part and go back to the numbers.' When finished, the 12-year-old asked Jay if he could come backstage and was thrilled when he heard Jay's answer. Check out the video here:
