A Shelby County man shot and injured during a confrontation with sheriff's deputies over the weeknd faces several criminal charges. Authorities say Nicholas Hardin, 20, was wounded on Saturday after pulling a gun during a struggle with deputies. Hardin was treated at a hospital, and transferred to the Shelby County Jail. He faces charges that include attempted murder.. Hardin is being held on bonds totaling $311,000.
