A disturbing Facebook video and photos are the subject of a criminal investigation. Birmingham police say the video shows a young boy appearing to roll and smoke marijuana wrapped in a cigar casing. The child can be heard laughing, and saying, "I've been rolling ... I've been doping." The Facebook page identifies the boy as a Birmingham resident. Other photos on the page show the boy holding a gun. Detectives are investigating to determine if the photos are authentic, and whether the child lives in Birmingham. DHR was assisting in the investigation.
