A woman is charged with reckless murder, for a crash at an Alabaster railroad crossing that killed her 4-year old daughter. Amy Silver, 43, was driving under the influence last month when she disregarded signals at a railroad crossing on Fulton Springs Road, and collided with a freight train, police said. Silver is also facing other charges including DUI and marijuana possession. Silver, of Oneonta, was ordered held on $154,000 bond.
