A 14-year old is charged with a murder in Hoover, police said Tuesday. The teenager, who was not identified because of his age, is accused of gunning down a man Sunday, at the Park at Hoover apartments on Rime Village Drive. 23-year old Darryl Seay was found in the parking lot, and died at the hospital. The shooting was drug related, investigators said. The teenager was transferred to Jefferson County Family Court, and faces a charge of capital murder.
