A charge was downgraded Thursday in the killing of an unborn baby in Pleasant Grove. Ebony Jemison was initially charged with murder in the shooting of a pregnant woman. But investigators say the charge was reduced to manslaughter, after determining the mother started and continued the fight in the parking lot of the Pleasant Grove Shopping Center. The mother -- Marshae Brown -- may also be charged, police said. Investigators say the women were fighting over the baby's father.
