Nearly a year after the killing of a Hoover teenager, police have made an arrest. Owen Wallace, 24, is facing a manslaughter charge in the death of 17-year old Casey Kizer. Authorities say Kizer and a group of friends went to see Wallace at a Sylacauga business last summer, when a fight broke out between the suspect and a person in Kizer's vehicle. Wallace fired a gun during the altercation, killing Kizer, police said. Wallace is being held at the Talladega County Jail on $25,000 bond.
