Rashid Brimmage was arrested for attacking this 92-year-old woman seemingly for no reason as she walked passed him on the street. Brimmage has been arrested and released over 100 times and is a habitual sex offender.
Passers by called 911 after they watched the elderly victim, identified only as "Geraldine" was rushed to an area hospital after her head struck a fire-hydrant.
She now says that she is in fear of walking the streets in the neighborhood she has called home for 5 decades.
