Tuscaloosa State of Emergency: What Does It Mean?

Tuscaloosa Mayor Walt Maddox joins JT to talk about the new restrictions on businesses and entertainment venues in the city.

He says the city is poised to suddenly increase its population by 50,000 people with the restart of school, and it is his job as mayor of the city to insure the safety of the people of Tuscaloosa.

He says he is most concerned about maintaining hospital capacity at DCH should there be an uptick in cases diagnosed in Tuscaloosa.
