Katie Britt Tuesday night won the Republican runoff in Alabama's U.S. Senate race. With nearly 60 percent of the vote counted, Britt was leading Congressman Mo Brooks 65-35 percent. Britt thanked supporters at her party in Montgomery. She now becomes the overwhelming favorite for the November general election.
