Former Alabama and NFL football player Trent Richardson was arrested Thursday night, Hoover police said. Richardson, 26, was taken into custody following a domestic disturbance at the Hyatt Place Hotel on Hwy. 150, in which a woman suffered scratches and bruises to her face, detectives said. She was treated at the scene. Investigators say Richardson and the woman began arguing at the Walmart on Hwy. 150, and the quarrel continued at the hotel. Richardson is free on $1,000 bond.
