A missing child may be in the Birmingham area. 4-year old Matthew Carrington, reported missing last October in Severn, Md., may have been spotted in greater Birmingham, according to the FBI. The bureau says the child may be traveling in a black Mitsubishi Outlander with a paper Jim Burke dealership tag. The suspects with him are presumed to be armed and dangerous. Anyone with information is urged to call 911.
