An arrest in the killing of a Birmingham boy was announced by police Wednesday. 11-year old Nassir Battle was found unresponsive at his home on 80th Street South last week. Now his mother's boyfriend -- Tracy Dickerson -- is charged with capital murder. Authorities say there were contusions on the child's body. There's no word on a motive. Dickerson is being held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail.
