A dozen inmates broke out of the Walker County Jail Sunday night. All but one were back in custody as of Monday. The sheriff's office said it's still looking for 24-year old Brady Kilpatrick of Cordova, who was in jail on charges including marijuana possession. Sheriff Jim Underwood says the inmates used peanut-butter from jail sandwiches to trick a new jailer, using the topping to change the number of a door that leads outside, to the number of a cell. When the jailer opened what was thought to be a cell door, it was actually the door leading outside, and the inmates bolted. They used blankets to clear a razor-wire fence outside, investigators said.
