Sheriff: No Peanut Butter for Escapee

The final escapee captured following a Walker County jailbreak made his first court appearance on Wednesday.   Brady Kilpatrick  was captured in Florida, after authorities received a tip.  "We were able to surround the house ... fortunately we apprehended the subject without any significant incident," Martin County Sheriff William Snyder said.Kilpatrick was among 12 inmates who escaped from the Walker County Jail Sunday night, after smearing peanut butter over a door number to trick a jailer.   Kilpatrick is being held without bail.    His sister and her boyfriend are charged with helping him escape.   Lefan and Mayberry were jailed on $7,500 bail each.    Snyder said Kilpatick's days of running are over.   "We've never had an escape from the Martin County Jail, and I can tell you this:   He's not getting peanut butter."
