Salvagio Jailed

Prominent Birmingham defense attorney Charles Salvagio was jailed Thursday, after a judge found him in contempt of court, a report said.   Jefferson County Circuit Judge Tracie Todd ordered Salvagio to spend three days behind bars, after finding that he violated her instructions not to communicate with witnesses in a murder case, according to al.com.  Salvagio, of Vestavia Hills, was being held without bond at the Jefferson County Jail.
