FBI agents arrested Auburn assistant coach Chuck Person as part of a multi-school investigation involving bribery, fraud, and other corruption charges, authorities said Tuesday. Person, a former NBA star, is accused of abusing his coaching position to seek and receive bribes from a financial adviser and business manager for professional athletes. In return, Person agreed to steer select players to the adviser when they entered the NBA. Coaches at Arizona, Oklahoma State and Southern California also were charged. The U.S. Attorney's office for the Southern District of New York was expected to reveal additional details at a press conference scheduled for Tuesday afternoon.
