Two teenagers are charged in a Hoover murder. Police say 18-year old Tyric Toodle was shot to death, while he and the two suspects were attempting to rob a drug dealer. Those suspects, 18-year old Isaiah Flowers and a 15-year old, are charged with murder. The shooting happened Dec. 26 at the Elevation Hoover apartments off Lorna Road. Toodle formerly attended Vestavia Hills High School, where he played on the football team. Flowers was being held on $95,000 bond at the Jefferson County Jail. The 15-year old suspect was not identified because of his age.
