Two suspects in the deadly shootout at Western Hills Mall were charged with capital murder on Friday. Ronald Dwayne Weaver and Rashan Cepadio Brown, both of Birmingham, were being held without bond. The third suspect's name was not released, but authorities say that person also is expected to be charged with capital murder. A fourth suspect remains at large. Fairfield police say two groups shot at each other in front of the mall. The mall manager, Anthony "Tony" Alberigi, 59, was killed in the crossfire. The shootout continued on I-59/20 northbound, causing a graze wound to an innocent driver.
