Gov. Kay Ivey remains extremely popular, with less than two months to go until the Republican primary, a new poll finds. The survey of Alabama voters by Morning Consult shows Ivey's approval rating at 67 percent. Just 15 percent disapprove. That makes Ivey the third most popular governor in the nation, the pollster said. Ivey is not committing to any debates with her Republican rivals. Observers say her strong poll position is the reason why.
