The Jefferson County Sheriff's Office has arrested a bank robbery suspect in Mulga. The man is accused of a hold up at the Regions Bank branch on 2nd Avenue SW in Graysville,as well as the attempted robbery of the BB&T Bank branch on Meadowbrook Road in Hoover this morning. An employee of that bank fought with him, and he dropped the money he took from cash drawers as well as a hat, before taking off in a gold Lexus. They are still looking for the driver of the getaway car.
