56 year old Kevin Michael Koziel of Hoover was doing excavation work on his property on Riverbend Trail when his tractor overturned and pinned him underneath it. Authorities say he was wearing a seatbelt. In addition, the tractor was equipped with a roll bar, but tragically it did not save his life.
