Birmingham's Job Market Looks Good

Americans are going to work, and the job market is hot in the Birmingham Metro area.  Many businesses are offering to train new workers while on the job, and these are well paying positions. Some area business owners say up to 40 % of workers on the job now, are expected to retire within the next decade. That means high demand for young workers and high salaries too in jobs that include those without the requirement of a college degree. The U.S. is experiencing more jobs available than people on unemployment.
