Birmingham police were called to the Green Acres neighborhood on the report of someone with a gun. They found the 13 year old from Woodstock along with a 15 year old near Green Acres Middle School. When cops told the teens to put their hands up, the 13 year old instead reached into his pocket, where he had a .38 calibur handgun. Cops had to use a Taser on the reported runaway. They then took him into custody. The 15 year old was unarmed and was turned over to his parents.
