A domestic violence suspect who was the subject of an intense search Friday night in the woods near Pinson, is taken into custody this morning in Birmingham. Jefferson County sheriff's deputies arrested 37-year-old Michael Ray Mullins at a business on First Avenue North. He faces charges that include domestic violence by strangulation. He is in the county jail. His bonds add up to more than $61,000.
