The St. Clair County Sheriff's Office says Danny Ray Nichols was arrested for making email terror threats to the Board of Education and the County Clerk's office. The messages implied explosive devices would damage at the courthouses in the county, as well as Pell City and Ashville schools. Law enforcement conducting a thorough search, but found no explosive devices. Investigators say Nichols was the author of the terrorist threats.
