Jones: Still Undecided on Kavanaugh

As the Senate moves toward votes on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh, Alabama's junior senator says he remains undecided.  Appearing in Birmingham Tuesday, Sen. Doug Jones (D-Mountain Brook) said he was disappointed in the process.   "I'm not happy with the way the (Senate Judiciary) Committee has been run, and I think we're getting an incomplete record, and I think that's unfortunate with someone who's going to be on the bench for a long, long time," Jones said.  Democrats have been demanding documents from Kavanaugh's time as a White House lawyer and staff secretary for President George W. Bush.   Votes by the committee and full Senate on Kavanaugh's nomination are expected later this month.    The Supreme Court begins its next term at the beginning of October.
