A man charged in a vehicle crash that killed a state lawmaker's daughter has died after he is involved in a single-vehicle wreck. Kelsey Treadaway of Cullman, the daughter of state Representative Allen Treadaway of Morris...died eight months ago when her car was hit from behind on Interstate 65 near Good Hope by a car driven by Brandon Adam Hamm of Cullman. Hamm was not hurt, and left the scene. Police tracked him down, charging him with a felony for leaving the scene of an accident. Now, authorities say Hamm lost his life when he was involved in a crash on Sunday. State Troopers say he was driving on County Road 1212 when he lost control and hit a tree. Hamm was not wearing a seatbelt and was ejected from the car.
