Guitars Reported Stolen from Gip's Place

Who stole Gip's guitars?    That's the question in Bessemer, where police are investigating a theft at the famed juke joint, Gip's Place.   Staff members think someone swiped two guitars that belong to 98-year old owner Henry "Gip" Gipson.  They're described as a cherry-colored Les Paul Junior and a cream Fender Stratocaster.  "God has it already fixed, and sometimes he tests you by letting these things happen to bring you closer to him," Gipson said.    Anyone with information is asked to call Bessemer police.
