The City of Hoover has asked ALEA to release information known in the Galleria officer involved shooting on Thanksgiving day.
Mayor Frank Brocato, Police Chief Nick Derzis and Councilman Derrick Murphy laid down the gauntlet for urgency. Murphy asked ALEA to release the information already known in the killing of Emantic "EJ" Bradford by noon Monday.
Murphy says if ALEA fails to release the information,, Police Chief Nick Derzis will release it on his own. The full council and Mayor are in support of this move.
