Accused Galleria Gunman Waives Extradition

The accused Galleria gunman Friday waived extradition during a court appearance in Atlanta.  Erron Brown, 20, answered "yes ma'am," after Fulton County Magistrate Court Judge Lillian Caudle asked if Brown chose to waive extradition on an attempted murder charge.   The move clears the way for Brown's return to Jefferson County, where he'll be held on $150,000 bond.  Brown is charged with opening fire outside the Footaction shoe store at the mall Thanksgiving night.  Two people were injured moments before a Hoover policeman responded and fatally shot  Emantic "EJ" Bradford Jr., 21.    Police say Bradford had a gun in his hand, and was initially identified as the suspect, before authorities retracted that claim, and said the gunman escaped.   U.S. Marshals captured Brown was captured Thursday at a relative's house in South Fulton, Ga.
