A suspect was arrested Thursday in the murder of a retired attorney in Hoover, police said. Jackson Young, 36, was facing a charge of capital murder, in the killing of Arthur Till, 73. Till's beaten body was found in his home on Crossings Drive, off Caldwell Mill Road, by two friends Monday. The victim was specifically targeted, said investigators, who did not immediately reveal a motive. Young's burned car was discovered in Talladega County, hours before he was arrested, police said.
