A woman reported missing in Jefferson County has been found safe, authorities said. 35-year old Cara Yager went missing along the Cahaba River near Grants Mill Road last weekend. Her car was found by the river, but a land and water search turned up no trace of the woman. The sheriff's office said Yager was located Wednesday night and reunited with family. Additional details were not released.
