Vestavia Hills police are asking the public's help in finding a missing woman. Ugne Williams, 24, was last seen Thursday walking north from her apartment on Jacobs Road, police said. Anyone with information on her whereabouts is asked to call Vestavia Hills police at (205) 978-0140, or submit a tip anonymously on the department's Facebook page by clicking on the "Submit a Tip" tab.
