Trump Sending Ventilators to Alabama

President Donald Trump Monday said his administration is sending ventilators to Alabama, amid an increase in coronavirus cases. "We're adding them to the areas that are having a problem," said Mr. Trump, speaking in the Rose Garden of the White House. "Even Alabama, all of a sudden, flared up a little bit ... over the last couple of days, and we'll send [the ventilators] down to Alabama." The Alabama Department of Public Health reported Monday afternoon that the total number of cases statewide rose past 900, with six deaths linked to the virus. More than 6,000 people have been tested, the department said.
