A new poll in Alabama's U.S. Senate race shows Republican Tommy Tuberville opening up a commanding lead over Sen. Doug Jones (D-Mountain Brook). Tuberville holds a 52-35 percent lead in the survey of likely voters by Morning Consult. The former Auburn football coach told JT on WERC's "Alabama's Morning News" that he intends to run as if he is trailing by a touchdown. The race could decide control of the U.S. Senate. Jones is widely considered the most vulnerable Senate Democrat.
