A woman was arrested in connection with a deadly hit-and-run, Leeds police said Friday. 26-year old Amber Green of Pell City is charged with killing Mark Miller as he rode a bike on Highway 78 on Wednesday. A tipster called 911 after spotting a vehicle that matched a description issued by police. Officers went to the scene, and arrested Green. She is charged with criminally negligent homicide and leaving the scene of an accident.
