A shooting was reported at the Walmart on Lakeshore Parkway Monday, Homewood police said. Two men had a verbal disagreement, when one man pulled a gun and opened fire, detectives said. The suspect ran across Lakeshore, where officers arrested him, and confiscated a handgun. There were early reports of an injury, but police later said no one was hurt.
