An illegal alien was sentenced to 10 years for the rape of a teenage girl at a Prattville restaurant bathroom. Grevi Rivera-Zavala, a native of Honduras, entered a guilty plea Wednesday in Autauga County Circuit Court. Investigators say the man forced his way into a stall in May of last year, and sexually assaulted the girl while holding her down. District Attorney C.J. Robinson says the case "shocked the community," and called on the Biden administration to adopt policies preventing dangerous illegals from entering the country. Robinson said Rivera-Zavala was detained after illegally entering the U.S., but then released, despite his criminal record in Honduras. Robinson says "failed policies allowed for this crime to occur."
