Three employees of the Bibb County Jail have been arrested following an investigation into misconduct. C.J. Graham faces charges of custodial sexual misconduct and promoting prison contraband after allegedly engaging in sexual activity with an inmate. Additionally, she is accused of bringing unauthorized items into the jail.

Two other employees, Kaci Foster and Martina Brown, have also been charged with first-degree promoting prison contraband. They allegedly brought cell phones, razors, vaping devices, earbuds, and other prohibited items into the facility. Due to security concerns, Graham, Foster, and Brown were booked into the Chilton County Jail but have since been released.

The arrests highlight ongoing concerns about contraband and misconduct within correctional facilities. Authorities continue to investigate the extent of these activities and any further involvement by other staff members.
