Ken Blackwell is an African-American, conservative activist who served as the mayor of Cincinnati, the Ohio State Treasurer, and Ohio Secretary of State. He was the Republican candidate for governor of Ohio in 2006, the first African-American major-party candidate for governor of Ohio.
"Of the 1,300 people killed by police last year, 405 were white, 250 were black, 163 were hispanic, and 185 were recorded as unknown ethnicity. Only 55 of those 1,300 folks who were killed were unarmed."
