Yesterday, a federal judge ruled that Alabama cannot block counties from offering curbside voting and that witness and photo ID requirements for absentee voting violate the rights of certain voters during the COVID-19 pandemic. Alabama's Secretary of State John Merrill disagrees and says he will fight the decision. He joins JT to talk about his next move.
